"1D Cafe" is a Thai-style café with a super creative menu that makes Thai desserts anything but ordinary. From the taste and look of its ice creams to its novel sweets, the shop has creatively blended ingredients from Thai desserts to win over customers who love Thai sweets, especially with its Thai-style ice cream flavors, which are smooth, well-rounded, fragrant and sweet. Try them once and I promise you'll be hooked!

1D Cafe is a cute little two-story shop. Inside, it's decorated with clean white tiles that look simple and contrast with the brown wooden furniture, giving it a relaxed feel. But because the shop is small, the number of tables and chairs is limited, so if you go in a really big group you may have to wait a little. Not for long, though, because the staff take really good care of everyone. When you walk up to the second floor, you'll find a big clear window that lets the light pour in, with tables and chairs arranged simply to match the Thai concept.

The menu has lots to choose from: desserts, ice creams and drinks that capture the Thai concept perfectly. Even the drinking water they serve isn't ordinary, because it's mixed with Uthai Thip (a traditional Thai fragrant herbal water), which makes it really refreshing to drink, with a gentle Uthai Thip scent. So chic! Now that we've got this far, let's see which dishes I've brought to show you today. Let's go!

Let's start with the first item: "Mango Sticky Rice". Deliciously fragrant, sweet Nam Dok Mai mangoes are served on super soft coconut sticky rice that isn't too sweet. It also comes with coconut-milk mango ice cream (or mango sorbet) with a light mango aroma and a sweet-and-sour taste that's perfectly balanced. For extra texture there's crushed crispy thong muan (rolled coconut wafers) and crispy golden mung beans. So good, girl! You have to go and try it!

Next up is "Cha Chak (Pulled Tea) Ice Cream", a rich ice cream with a full-on tea aroma that isn't too sweet either. It's drizzled with a slightly salty, slightly creamy coconut-milk sauce that cuts through the richness really well, and served with crispy roti that's super crispy and not greasy at all. And most importantly, it comes with pearls too! The pearls are bouncy and chewy and so addictive to munch on, and there's brown sugar jelly to make it even more fun to eat. Mmmmm, so delicious!

And the last item I'd recommend is the "Toddy Palm Macchiato", which you could call the shop's signature drink. It's a latte mixed with toddy palm sugar caramel, topped with soft milk foam and then drizzled with more toddy palm caramel for extra fragrance. It tastes smooth and mellow without being too sweet, and you can have it hot or iced. Fabulous!
