This made-to-order restaurant is seriously famous around Kasetsart University (Bang Khen). Hardly any Kasetsart student hasn't heard of it, because the food is so delicious you forget the world exists, the kind of delicious that keeps you coming back!!! As for how fresh the ingredients are…

I have to say this made-to-order restaurant (the kind where every dish is cooked fresh when you order it) is seriously famous around Kasetsart University (Bang Khen). Hardly any Kasetsart student hasn't heard of it, because the food is so delicious you forget the world exists, the kind of delicious that keeps you coming back!!! The freshness of the ingredients goes without saying: big prawns, fresh squid, generous portions of meat, plus loads of dishes to choose from. A lot of people probably think it must be expensive, but! It's not nearly as expensive as you'd think. A regular plate starts at around 50 baht and seafood starts at 70 baht. And if you come with a big group of friends, PeeKorn also has special extra-large plates that will fill you up to bursting.
If you want to give it a go, get there a bit early, because around noon it gets sooooo packed! If you'd rather not head out to eat at the restaurant, you can call and order. They do delivery too, and I'll put the phone number below.

So let's start with the first dish, "shrimp kaphrao (stir-fried with holy basil)". Before it even reached the table, that unmistakable smell of holy basil came wafting over, and the whole table started sneezing, hahaha! Big prawns with bouncy flesh, absolute bliss. And the kaphrao flavour is super intense.

Next up is "rice with Thai omelette and crispy pork stir-fried with chilli and salt". I have to say this one is a real crowd favourite, girl, everybody orders it. The omelette is soft and smells amazing, and the crispy pork stir-fried with chilli and salt is great too, spicy enough to win your heart. If you can't handle spicy food, you can ask for it less spicy, you know.

This one is sure to be a favourite for anyone who doesn't eat spicy food: "seafood stir-fried in oyster sauce". It comes with a crispy fried egg and is loaded with seafood: prawns, squid, and scallops too. Such good value~

Another dish that curry-powder stir-fry lovers can't miss: "seafood stir-fried with curry powder". It's another big favourite with Kasetsart students. It's a rich, glowing golden yellow that looks so tempting, and when you take a bite you can taste the fragrant curry powder filling your mouth. The seafood is cooked just right, the squid is still tender and not chewy at all, and the more you chew, the better it gets. The flavour is well-rounded and not too greasy either.
Location : Soi Ngamwongwan 54, Yaek 5, Lat Yao, Chatuchak, Bangkok (the restaurant is in Soi Ngamwongwan 54, Yaek 5, diagonally across from The Prize dormitory). Driving is the most convenient way to get there because the restaurant has parking, but if you don't have a car, there are motorcycle taxis at the mouth of the soi.
